Just A Reminder# 1

This platform teaches Islam in the easiest, clearest, and most heartfelt way. It is a beautiful path to learning Salah, Wudu, manners, and knowing Allah.

I'm sorry, but I can't help with that.

Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh.

Time to Reflect

If Allah has prescribed any important obligation for mankind in the heavens and the earth, then it is the five daily obligatory prayers.

Which is the most neglected by us! How? Let me explain—

We rush after Tahajjud… we keep asking one another about Duha (Chasht) prayer, wondering, “Are these the same?” and we feel a strong desire to perform them!

But we never “post-mortem” our own five daily prayers to see how full they are of mistakes!

We have filled our lives with so many kinds of busyness… even being “busy in the path of Allah”!

We're busy with halaqa, studying Islam, watching lectures to gain knowledge, studying at madrasas… but when it comes to the five daily prayers, we're a total mess.

Our Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said that Salah protects a person from sins. SubhanAllah!

Then, my dear sisters, why are there still so many sins in our lives—can you tell me?

That means there are issues and inconsistencies in our Salah.

If our Salah is truly accepted and righteous, then our other deeds—charity, Hajj, Zakat, and halaqa—will follow the standard of our Salah.

And if our Salah is flawed or deficient, then our charity, Zakat, halaqa, and other deeds will also reflect the same level of weakness as that Salah.

Narrated by Abu Hurairah (ra), the Prophet (peace be upon him) said that on the Day of Judgment, the first of a person's deeds to be accounted for will be the obligatory prayers.

If his prayer is complete and correct, he will achieve success. And if there is any deficiency in his obligatory prayer, Allah the Exalted will fill that deficiency through voluntary prayers. After that, the other deeds will be accounted for.

This authentic hadith has been narrated in multiple reliable hadith collections…

  • Sunan an-Nasa'i: Hadith Nos. 466 and 467
  • Jami at-Tirmidhi: Hadith No. 413
  • Riyad as-Salihin: Hadith No. 1081

So where should we focus the most—can you tell?

🛑 Please listen carefully… In the Hereafter, only Salah can be a means of success for us. Not charity, not Hajj, not Zakat alone!

To elevate your Salah, bring yourself closer to Allah, and achieve khushu’ (focus and humility in prayer), start making a plan right now.

We ourselves need to identify which parts of our five daily prayers need improvement and upgrading.

May Allah, Glory be to Him, grant us the ability to understand what is correct.

Any thoughts are appreciated.🌺
