
This is a list of duas you can read whenever you like. Even if you only have a little time, don't skip these duas. There are countless duas in the authentic Hadith and the Qur'an that offer many benefits. If you have more time, of course you should recite many duas. But here I've compiled for you a very short yet powerful and important selection of duas. These are your magic dua list. It's very simple. You can read them whenever and wherever you like. For example: while driving, traveling, in the middle of a busy day, even lying in bed when you're unwell. Here you'll find duas for yourself, for your parents, and for your children. And there are duas for attaining Paradise and for protection from Hellfire.
Every dua on this list is very powerful.
Just remember to say these with sincerity (a pure heart) and with complete faith in Allah.
Let's read the duas –
1.
Our Lord, grant us goodness in this world and goodness in the Hereafter, and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.

Meaning: O our Lord! Grant us goodness in this world and goodness in the Hereafter, and protect us from the punishment of Hell.
2.
My Lord, have mercy on them both as they raised me when I was little.
Pronunciation: Rabbir hamhumā kamā rabbayānī saghīrā
Meaning: O my Lord! Have mercy on my parents, just as they raised me when I was a child.
3. Tasbih and Istighfar
My Lord, make me and my offspring steadfast in prayer. Our Lord, accept our prayer.
Pronunciation: Our Lord, make me one who establishes prayer, and my offspring as well; our Lord, accept this supplication.
Meaning: O my Lord! Include me and my children among those who establish prayer, and accept our supplication.
four.
O Allah, I ask You for Paradise.
Pronunciation: Allahumma inni as'aluka al-Jannah.
Meaning: O Allah! I ask You for Paradise.
5.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of Hell.
Pronunciation: O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of Hell.
Meaning: O Allah! I seek refuge in You from the punishment of Hell.
The times when Allah especially accepts prayers
In Islam, there are certain times when prayers are very likely to be accepted. If one prays sincerely from the heart during these times, Allah may accept it, insha'Allah.
If you keep these times in mind, you can open the Magic Door list and read prayers one after another.
List of times when prayers are accepted
- Time for prostration
- The last night (Tahajjud)
- Between the Adhan and the Iqamat
- After the obligatory prayer
- While fasting (especially at iftar time)
- During the rain
- A special moment on Friday
- During travel (while a traveler)
- In times of danger and hardship
- A child's prayer for their parents
- The Prayer of the Oppressed (One Unjustly Affected)
- Prayer in front of the Kaaba or inside the Haram
- While drinking Zamzam water
- Prayer after reciting the Quran
